无论是+86号好还是其他国家的号，多多少少都会存在这种问题，这个情况很普遍，也很正常，哪怕是你开了会员或者是买了+888的号码，也同样会有这种情况发生，只不过是多或者少罢了，最好的解决办法就是加好友，要双方同时加才可以私信，这是最保守，且最有效的方式，其次就是通过官方的双向机器人去给对方发送你想要发送的东西
解除私信限制:
1.搜索官方机器人: @Spambot
2.点击这个机器人按开始之后，被限制私信的用户会有如下回复文本:
Unfortunately, some phone numbers may trigger a harsh response from our anti-spam systems. If you think this is the case with you, you can submit a complaint to our moderators or subscribe to Telegram Premium (tg://premium_offer?ref=spambot) to get less strict limits.
3.回复完这个之后，会提示如下文本:

4.回复完这个之后，会提示如下文本:
First, please confirm that you will never send this to strangers:
- Unsolicited advertising of any kind
- Promotional messages
- Shocking materials
Were you going to do anything like that?
5.回复完这个之后，选择如下文本:
No, I’ll never do any of this!
6.回复完这个之后，会回复如下文本:
Great! I’m very sorry if your account was limited by mistake. Please write me some details about your case, I will forward it to the supervisor. Why do you think your account was limited, what went wrong?
7.这个时候就可以提交申请解除私信限制的诉求了，一般来说发送这个都可以解除的，如果解除不了的话，多试几次，如果还不行的话，这个号多半是废了，诉求申请回复文本如下:
I can't contact my contacts
8.提交完诉求申请之后会回复如下文本:
Thank you! Your complaint has been successfully submitted. Our team’s supervisors will check it as soon as possible. If this was a mistake, all limitations will be lifted from your account soon.
9.提交完诉求申请之后，一般会在24小时之内处理申请，你只需要时不时去重新检查一下你的账户就可以了，一般成功申请并解除限制的会有如下文本回复:
Good news, no limits are currently applied to your account. You’re free as a bird!
